Smoked Salmon Dip Recipe
~ Quick and Delicious ~

A DELICIOUS smoked salmon dip recipe that's flavored with dill and Spanish onion.  This recipe can be made in minutes.


Smoked Salmon Dip


Serve smoked salmon dip with crackers or thinly sliced rye bread.

Makes 2 cups (500 ml)

Substitution

Yogurt cream cheese makes a lower calorie dip:

1/2 cup yogurt cheese (labneh) = 1/2 cup cream cheese

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup smoked salmon bits 125 ml
  • 1 cup sour cream OR yogurt 250 ml
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese 125 ml
  • 1/4 cup chopped Spanish onion 50 ml
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed 2 ml
  • pepper to taste


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
