A fresh fruit salad recipe that's festive yet very simple to make. Coconut, honey, yogurt and Grand Marnier add the perfect touches to this very special dish.
Serves 6 to 8
Peel all the fruit, remove the seeds and cores and cut into small pieces. Place the fruit in a large bowl and add the raisins, walnuts and coconut. In a separate bowl, mix together the yoghurt, honey and Grand Marnier. Pour the yoghurt mixture over the fruit mixture and stir to combine thoroughly. Refrigerate or serve immediately.
