A blue cheese dressing recipe that's simple, simple, simple! Yet it tastes as good or better than the blue cheese dressing served in restaurants at an expensive premium.
Makes 1 cup
Let the cheese come to room temperature. Mix the blue cheese with the buttermilk and add the salt, pepper and Tobasco. Let stand a few minutes. Add additional buttermilk if necessary so salad dressing has a pouring thickness.
Tip: You'll get more blue cheese taste if you don't refrigerate the dressing before serving.
